Ani YEHOVAH the righeous Judge - wrath to those blaspheme His Name

24:1(vii) And YEHOVAH (יהוה) spoke to Mosheh, saying:
24:2 Tzavah et Benai Yisrael, that they bring to thee pure shemen (oil) zayit (olive) beaten for the light, to kindle the Ner Tamid (perpetual Lamps).
24:3 Without the poreket of the testimony, in the tabernacle of the congregation, shall Aharon order it from the evening to the morning before YEHOVAH (יהוה) continually: [it shall be] a chukkat (statute) olam (forever) in your generations.
24:4 He shall order the lamps upon the pure menorah before YEHOVAH (יהוה) continually.
24:5 And you shall take fine flour, and bake Sheteym Esreh (12) Challot thereof: two tenth ephah (deals) shall be in challah ha echad.
24:6 And you shall set them in two rows, six on a row, upon the pure table before YEHOVAH (יהוה).
24:7 And you shall put levonah (frankincense) zakkah (pure) upon [each] row, that it may be on the lechem for a memorial, [even] an offering made by fire to YEHOVAH (יהוה).
24:8 Every Shabbat he shall set it in order before YEHOVAH (יהוה) continually, [being taken] from the benai Yisrael by a Brit Olam (everlasting).
24:9 And it shall be Aharon's and his sons'; and they shall eat it in the kodesh place: for it [is] most kodesh to him of the offerings of YEHOVAH (יהוה) made by fire by a perpetual statute.
24:10 And the son of an Yisraelite woman, whose father [was] an Mitzrites, went out among the benai Yisrael: and this son of the Yisraelitish [woman] and a man of Yisrael strove together in the camp;
24:11 And the Yisraelitish woman's son blasphemed HaShem [Yud-Heh-Vav-Heh (יהוה)], and cursed. And they brought him to Mosheh: (and his mother's name was Shelomit, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan:)
24:12 And they put him in ward, that the mind of YEHOVAH (יהוה) might be shewed them.
24:13 And YEHOVAH (יהוה) spoke to Mosheh, saying:

Bring forth him that has cursed without the camp; and let
all that heard [him] lay their hands upon his head, and let all
ha edah (assembly) stone him.
24:15 And you shall speak to the benai Yisrael, saying:
"Whoever curses his Elohim (אלהים) shall bear his chet (sin)".
24:16
And he that blasphemes the
Name YEHOVAH (יהוה), he shall
surely be put to death, [and] all the congregation shall
certainly stone him: as well the stranger, as he that is born
in the land, when he blasphemes the Name [of YEHOVAH (יהוה)], shall
be put to death.
24:17 And he that kills any man shall surely be put to death.
24:18 And he that kills a beast shall make it good; beast for beast.
24:19 And if a man cause a blemish in his neighbour; as he has done, so shall it be done to him;
24:20 Breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: as he has caused a blemish(mum) in a man, so shall it be done to him [again].
And he that kills a beast, he shall restore it: and he that kills a man, he shall be put to death.
24:22 You shall have misphat Echad (standard judgement), as well for the stranger, as for one of your own country:
for ANI YEHOVAH (יהוה) Eloheichem.
24:23
And Mosheh spoke to the benai Yisrael, that they
should bring forth him that had cursed out of the camp, and
stone him with stones. And the benai Yisrael did as YEHOVAH (יהוה) commanded Mosheh.
