Comfort from Yisrael's Restoration (chap 43, 44)
43:1 But now thus said ADONAI (יהוה) that created you, O Yaakov, and he that formed you, O Yisrael, Altira (fear not): for I have redeemed you, I have called [thee] by Your Name; you [art] Mine.
43:2 When you passest through the waters, I [will be] with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when you walkest through the fire, you shall not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon you.
43:3 Ki ANI ADONAI (יהוה) your Elohim (אלהים), Kedosh Yisrael, mo'shicha: I gave Mitzrayim [for] your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for you.
43:4 Since you wast precious in My sight, you have been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for you, and people for your life.
43:5 Altira: kiy (for) I [am] with thee: I will bring your zera (seed) from the mizrach (east), and gather you from the ma'arav (west);
43:6 I will say to the tzafon (north), Give up; and to the teiman (south), Keep not back: bring My Banim from far, and my banot from the ketzeh (ends) ha eretz;
43:7 [Even] every one that is called by My Name: for I have created him for My kavod, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.
43:8 Bring forth the blind people that have eyes, and the deaf that have ears.
43:9 Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the people be assembled: who among them can declare this, and show us former things? let them bring forth their witnesses, that they may be yitzdeku (justified): or let them hear, and say, [It is] truth.
43:10 Ye [are] My edim (witnesses), said ADONAI (יהוה), and My Eved whom I have bachar (elect): that you may know and believe me, and understand that ANI HU: before Me there was no Elohim (אלהים) formed, neither shall there be after Me. (YeshaYahu 37:16, chp 45:5; chp 43:10,11)
43:11 Anokiy ADONAI (יהוה); and beside me [there is] no moshia.
43:12 I have declared, and have saved, and I have showed, when [there was] no strange [god] among you: therefore you [are] My edim, said ADONAI (יהוה), that Anokiy Elohim (אלהים).
43:13 Yea, before the day [was] ANI HU; and [there is] none that can deliver out of my hand: I will work, and who shall let it?
43:14 Thus said ADONAI (יהוה), go'el khem (redeemer), Kedosh Yisrael; For your sake I have shalach (sent) to Bavel, and have brought down all their nobles, and the Kasdim (Chaldeans), whose cry [is] in the ships.
43:15 ANI ADONAI (יהוה), Kedosh khem, bara Yisrael Melekhim.
43:16 Thus said ADONAI (יהוה), which makes a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters;
43:17 Which brings forth the chariot and horse, the army and the power; they shall lie down together, they shall not rise: they are extinct, they are quenched as tow.
43:18 Zakar you not the former things, neither consider the things of old.
43:19 Hinei, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, [and] rivers in the desert.
43:20 The beast of the field shall honour Me, the dragons and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, [and] rivers in the desert, to give drink to My People, My Bachir (elect).
43:21 This people have I formed for myself; they shall show forth My praise.
43:22 But you have not called upon Me, O Yaakov; but you have been weary of me, O Yisrael.
43:23 You have not brought Me the seh (lamb) of your olot; neither have you honoured me with your zevakhim. I have not caused you to serve with minchah, nor wearied you with levonah ( לבונה).
43:24 You have bought me no sweet cane with money, neither have you filled me with the fat of your zevakhim: but you have made me to serve with your sins, you have wearied me with your iniquities.
43:25 I, [even] ANI HU that blots out your transgressions for mine own sake, and will not Zakar your sins.
43:26 Put Me in remembrance: let us plead together: declare you, that you may be yitzdeku (justified).
43:27 Your first father has sinned, and your teachers have transgressed against me.
43:28 Therefore I have profaned the princes of the sanctuary, and have given Yaakov to the curse, and Yisrael to giddufim (revilings, reproaches).
