Portion 1 | Portion 2 | Portion 3 | Portion 4 | Portion 5 | Portion 6 | Portion 7 |62:1 For Tzyon's sake will I not hold my peace, and for Yerushalayim's sake I will not rest, until the tzedakah thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp [that] burneth.
62:2 And the Gentiles shall see your tzedakah, and all kings your glory: and you shall be called by a new name, which the mouth of ADONAI (יהוה) shall name.
62:3 Thou shall also be a crown of glory in the hand of ADONAI (יהוה), and a royal diadem in the hand of your Elohim (אלהים).
62:4 Thou shall no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall your land any more be termed Desolate: but you shall be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah: for ADONAI (יהוה) delighteth in you, and your land shall be married.
62:5 For [as] a young man marries a virgin, [so] shall your sons marry thee: and [as] the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, [so] shall your Elohim (אלהים) rejoice over you.
62:6 I have set watchmen upon your walls, O Yerushalayim, [which] shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of ADONAI (יהוה), keep not silence,
62:7 And give Him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Yerushalayim a praise in the earth.
62:8 ADONAI (יהוה) has sworn by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, Surely I will no more give your corn [to be] meat for your enemies; and the sons of the stranger shall not drink your wine, for the which you have laboured:
62:9 But they that have gathered it shall eat it, and praise ADONAI (יהוה); and they that have brought it together shall drink it in the courts of My holiness.
62:10 Go through, go through the gates; prepare ye the way of the people; cast up, cast up the highway; gather out the stones; lift up a standard for the people.
62:11 Behold, ADONAI (יהוה) has proclaimed to the end of the world, Say ye to Bat Tzyon:
Behold, your salvation comes; behold, his reward [is] with Him, and his work before Him.
62:12 And they shall call them, The set apart people, The redeemed of ADONAI (יהוה): and you shall be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken.
