clothed with the 
sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her
head a crown of twelve stars:

woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child

12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they did not love their life even to death.
12:12 "For this reason, rejoice, O heavens and you who dwell in them. Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, knowing that he has only a short time."
12:13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the eretz, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the Male child.
12:14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she *was nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.Dan. 7:25; 12:7
12:15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.
12:16 And the eretz helped the woman, and the eretz opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
12:17 And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the mitzvot of Elohim (אלהים), and have the testimony of Yeshua (ישוע) ha Mashiach.
From a Messianic Jewish perspective, the phrase "a time, times, and half a time" refers literally and prophetically to a period of 3.5 years (or 42 months, or 1,260 days).
Messianic scholars evaluate the linguistic and mathematical structure of the phrase based on the ancient Hebrew and Aramaic calendar system (which uses twelve 30-day months, totaling a 360-day year):
