14:1 Him that is weak in the faith receive you, [but] not to doubtful disputations.

14:2 For one believes that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eats herbs (lachanon).

14:3 Let not him that eats despise him that eats not; and let not him which eats not judge him that eats: for Elohim (אלהים) has received him.

14:4 Who are you to judge another's servant?

To his own master he stands or falls. Indeed, he will be made to stand, for for Elohim (אלהים) is able to make him stand.

14:5 One man esteems one day above another: another esteems every day [alike]. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.

14:6 He that regards the day, regards [it] to Adonay; and he that regards not the day, to Adonay he does not regard [it]. He that eats, eats to Adonay, for he gives Elohim (אלהים) thanks; and he that eats not, to Adonay he eats not, and gives Elohim (אלהים) thanks.

14:7 For none of us lives to himself, and no man dies to himself.

14:8 For whether we live, we live to Adonay; and whether we die, we die to Adonay: whether we live therefore, or die, we are Adonay's.

14:9 For to this end ha Mashiach both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Master both of the dead and living.

14:10 But why do you judge your brother?

Or why do you show contempt for your brother?

For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Messiah.

14:11 For it is written:

[As] I live, said Adonay, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to Elohim (אלהים).

14:12 So then every one of us shall give account of himself to Elohim (אלהים).

14:13 Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in [his] brother's way.

14:14 I know, and am persuaded by Adonay Yehoshua (יהושע), that none at  all is common (koinos) of itself: But to him who regards whatever to be common (koinos), to him it is common (koinos).

14:15 But if your brother be grieved with [thy] meat, now walkest you not charitably. Destroy not him with your meat, for whom ha Mashiach died.

14:16 Let not then your good be evil spoken of:

14:17 For the kingdom of Elohim (אלהים) is not eat and drink; but tzedakah, and peace, and joy in Ruach Ha Kodesh.

14:18 For he that in these things serveth ha Mashiach [is] acceptable to Elohim (אלהים), and approved of men.

14:19 Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.

14:20 For meat destroy not the work of Elohim (אלהים). All things indeed [are] pure; but [it is] evil for that man who eats with offence.

14:21 [It is] good neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor [any thing] whereby your brother stumbles, or is offended, or is made weak.

14:22 Do you have faith? have [it] to yourself before Elohim (אלהים). Happy [is] he that condemns not himself in that thing which he alloweth.

14:23 And he that doubts is damned if he eat, because [he eats] not of faith: for whatsoever [is] not of faith is sin.

We must understand that abstinence list in the Torah only for our own good, be careful not to be over abstinence or make abstinence so difficult to observe that would cause burden to our own self then become heavily yoke,  another cause of concern is creating obstacle of ushering people to Kingdom of Elohim,  we are to be careful that we do  not tear down the work of Elohim (אלהים) for the sake of food and creating barrier or stumbling block in fellowship with those believer who do not share similar view, Paul in Rhomaios 14 urges us to make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another is key factor instead. For the kingdom of Elohim (אלהים) is  not eating and drinking, but tzedakah and peace  and joy  in the Ruach haKodesh and finally whatever is not from faith is sin.
